Andrew Ross is a nationally respected men’s-work facilitator known for his direct, results-driven approach to truth, leadership, and emotional clarity. His work began long before he ever entered the professional space—shaped by a childhood marked by an alcoholic stepfather and periods of homelessness as a young adult. Navigating those environments forced him to develop an exceptional ability to read people, track emotional dynamics, and sense the truth beneath the surface.

What began as survival instincts eventually revealed themselves as his greatest strengths. For decades, Andrew lived as an informal guide—someone others sought out for clarity, honest feedback, and grounded perspective. Six years ago, he took what he’d always done naturally and committed to it fully as his life’s work.

Since 2020, Andrew has led hundreds of men through circles, workshops, and breakthrough experiences across the U.S., becoming known for getting to the root cause quickly and holding men to their highest standard of responsibility and personal integrity. His facilitation is built on precision, presence, and a mastery of set and setting that consistently produces deep, lasting change.

Andrew also serves as a lead facilitator for teen boys’ emotional wellness and communication training, and he volunteers regularly on rites-of-passage journeys to support the next generation.
